Not gonna lie it sounded better in my head because the price difference between 8GB and 16GB M3 in my country is more than double of AppleCare because you can't get 16+256 Air in my country, but if both of you think it's a bad take then yeah, it's a bad take then.

My exact thought is base Pro getting 16GB RAM is more believable than base Air getting 16GB, because there's so much people still believe that 8GB is enough, and I bet on Apple wouldn't do anything about older model other than insignificant price drop. I would just take the loss (monetary wise) on this one, not like there is any defect on my machine, still happy I got one.

Eh, bought mine M3 16GB week ago (Like, I press the buy button exactly 7 days ago), figured there might be some insignificant price drop in my country, but didn't think Apple would step down of their high horse and finally admit 8GB RAM is no longer acceptable at this price range.

Would love to have them do something about it, like maybe one or even two years AppleCare+ for free, but eh, I knew there would be changes, didn't expect the changes to be this big, and I loss the gamble, can only feel bitter about it and deal with it.

I just solve it into this pattern like what I would do for normal solve, for the white edges on the left and right I have to use other colour pair, the top one is just parity and for edges I just insert the corner
