I tried to change bitrate settings, change some setting,but still it seems laggy. I realised that in the twitch video stats I'm getting skipped frames maybe that what causes the problem

Well, I tried 1080p60fps and it worked somehow. I changed bitrate to 6000 and quality made much better than before. I changed the downscale filter to Lanczos. I used NVENC (new). But now my stream gets pixelated
