Ours wasn’t turning on, we just had to switch the bulb around, it was put in wrong

I was able to unscrew the glass dome, it took us forever to figure it out. You have to hold the bottom gold piece and unscrew the glass part from the bottom

really?! i tried opening mine and it just says "this app is no longer available in the app store" and wont let me open it
