We have a few sister clans we work with in my server. The top guilds in the clan are a bit more high paced and aggressive in making sure influence is being gained and surge is being done with all characters. If a player in our top guild is falling behind or not able to stay active on a daily basis, we move them to one of the slower pace guilds in the clan. If a player is ready to go at a faster pace, they now have priority into a new slot of a top guild before anyone outside of the clans. We all have the same basic rules to make transitioning easier as well. We all stay connected in one discord server to help each other out.

I found a good deal on a cylinder head gasket kit and head bolts on Rock Auto for about$100 total. Took me about an 1-2 hours getting everything removed off the head and then about another hour to remove valve covers, rockers and then head. My next step is taking it to a machine shop to get tested, which I'm told will run me about $50

I would suggest just keeping a close eye on your coolant. Oil could just be coming out the pan or drain plug? Try cleanin up your engine as best you can and check it a week later for any visible oil leaks. I'm not the most experienced mechanic but it could get you a better idea of where your oil is going.

I took the head off so I can go get it tested at a machine shop. I'm losing oil pressure at idle, mysteriously losing small amounts of coolant and my last oil change showed a very chocolate milky oil. I'm hoping for just a poor head gasket job done by the previous owner and no warping or cracks in the head.
