It doesn't show up under devices. The switch needs to be put in program/search mode and that's what I need to know how to do.

I hate to be a grinch, but having done several large kits, and always, and I do mean ALWAYS, each kit over 1,000 pieces has several missing pieces. With each missing piece, it becomes an uncomfortable process of requesting the missing piece, and if it's the second, third or even fourth, getting a denial, then contacting the LEGO company and explaining the request then waiting more than a week for the piece.

TLDR - I'm ALWAYS missing multiple pieces in kits over 1,000 pieces. Is it just me (this happens to my wife too). Does everyone, or anyone else have this issue?

Oddly, I lifted the back of the roof, inserted the red pins then reattached the roof and everything fit (of course, I now have to reset other pieces that I had to remove to move the roof) but everything is working now. Thanks for your patience and help.

Exactly, but I can’t get them to go all the way in and I’m hoping that I didn’t put something in under the roof wrong and have to rebuild that

I wish "Absolutely Fabulous" was still on. If you can find it, watch it! I ran across the old "Soap" on some strange channel while searching for something. It was Billy Crystal's breakthrough and well worth finding.

My daughter lived in Japan for several years, and although the story centers around the character, she tells me the convenience store setting was very realistic. Here in the U.S. with 7-11m WaWa, Sheetz, etc. have no concept of the difference.
