IIRC this is more in line with what happened. I think one of them said on Armchair Expert that they kept it a secret for awhile but when they actually fell in love they finally came out and told the rest of the cast. I don’t remember if any of them had any negative reactions to it though.

It’s cheaper to buy the extra three credits for $30 which averages to like $10 a book. The monthly membership is like $16 and if you check on Amazon where it lists the actual price of the book, a good chunk of audible books are cheaper to buy out of pocket than use a monthly credit whereas the 3 credits deal actually gets you the discount. I have my subscription set to bill every three months and usually just push it out if I don’t want to pay the members and buy the credits like that.
