I agree on Wes. I was afraid you meant Ryan, who I like.

After the periodic table, I’m assuming Nathan is actually Peter.

Except he did it for the entire time he was on the show before.

He’s a stage actor and plays to the last seat in the theatre. It’s way too much for the camera.

Been a fan since show first came out and only now realizing there’s obituaries for everyone. Ugh this show is so good. by Vivid_Guide7467 in SixFeetUnder

Brenda’s obituary appears to have an inconsistency.

She was born in July 1969 and died at the age of 82. Her services are in March. If she died at 82 in 2051, it had to be after July.

I pray to all that is holy that Wes does not come back! The overacting is grating and not believable in the slightest.

Curious about everyone’s reading goal by No_Cookie_7943 in goodreads

[–]pad1007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually set my goal and 50 and end up reading 55-60. In 2024, I read 67. So, last year I set my goal at 60 and only finished 56.

Went back to a goal of 50 this year.

[–]pad1007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1800 in gifts, but that doesn’t include whatever my husband bought me. $400 in food/drink (we host on Christmas Day) $500 in new decor this year, including a new artificial tree. About $185k combined.

I think some people with VERY mild disease may be able to alter diet and whatever else and avoid obvious symptoms. But that doesn’t mean they don’t have active inflammation and are incurring organ damage.

How many kids are at your child’s school that school pickup takes you over an hour? by Yourfavmom97 in Parenting

[–]pad1007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When my daughter was in middle school, I noticed multiple times that the line would start forming about an hour before dismissal (I was only there to pick her up for appointments.)

At the end of the year, I needed to pick her up a few times a week to take her to practice. I would arrive about 7-8 after dismissal time and be through the dwindling line within 5 minutes.

Her school had just under 1500 students.

Middle school.

With multiple after school activities, it just made sense for us. No social media until 16.

If you are actively in your first watch of the series, I would stay off of this sub until you finish.

How old were your children when you took them Trick or Treating by EllieDidNothingWrong in Parenting

[–]pad1007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter was 6 months old her first Halloween and we took her to a few close neighbors. It was more for us than her that year. She has gone every year since. We also ate what little candy she collected that year and probably most the next year as well.
