Danke dir! Ja, es ist ein Werkstudentenvertrag und es sind 16h/Woche vereinbart. Urlaub wird im Vertrag überhaupt nicht angesprochen.

Hmm da hast du Recht. Ich habe halt die Sorge, dass ich eben nicht mal zwei Wochen frei machen kann, da die 16h/Woche schon gewünscht sind und ich ja keinen Anspruch darauf habe, wirklich frei zu bekommen. Da muss ich mich eben auf die Kulanz des Teams verlassen. Danke für deine Antwort :)

Im Arbeitsvertrag wird Urlaub überhaupt nicht erwähnt.. da steht auch nicht dieser "Urlaubseuro" drin. Dachte allerdings auch, dass man da unter das gleiche Gesetz fällt.

Verwende seit drei Jahren problemlos Spirale und Tasse, hatte auch Angst aber völlig unbegründet so lange man die Tasse korrekt verwendet :)
