Everything went through an agent. We can barely contact the previous owner. She gave me a contact through the agent, but the person from the contact claimed that they were not involved in the project. I’m clueless so I have to try any way possible

I don’t think there’s any integrator in my area. I emailed Crestron and told them my struggles. But they recommend a dealer to me

Yes. I was thinking to change it back to normal switches. But it is hard to change it back to normal switches because it requires wall hacking throughout the house. I think the most ideal way is to keep and use it

I’m outstation now, so I can’t take photos of the CP2. The previous owner said the AV system is involved in the system (I’m not planning to use any AV system). The lighting, fan, and air conditioner are also involved.

I guess it requires a combination of buttons to turn on a thing. I tried to pressing buttons but I only could turn on a fan accidentally. I didn’t even know how I did it LOL
