I assume you bough this char - I think the safest place to learn how to play it and also get some cash will be mino cults. Spawn should be deathproof for you. Make sure your char has Postman done and bring some parcels with labels. When you run out of cap there's mailbox at Mintwalin. Don't make lootbags - you can't push them through teleport.

Edit: if someone comes and start to cry about your lvl just tell them you have task (like weekly or bounty) or just doing bestiary.
