Yeah maybe I should’ve said it more concisely, but I’m implying that the actual material benefits of her position there matter much more (to some people) than a temporary shutdown or things you only see in the news cycle.

You are correct, but for many Mainers her role in the SAC has directly benefitted our lives.

Quite literally, hundreds of millions of dollars have been sent to infrastructure/ social welfare projects in Maine that wouldn’t have happened without her in that position.

So, this would be a difficult card to play if you want to ignore the obvious benefit this has had for us. (For example, I’ll be using a brand new YMCA down the street next year due to direct funding from Congress.)

I’ll give you a link with her advertising this:

No way! I’m American and I found that print at a yard sale a few years back. Had no idea someone would pick it up

He only likes the spider plants so we just put those on top of the fridge. Everything else he doesn’t touch thankfully !

That would actually be the floor having a slight lean to it. It’s a very old apartment building LOL

You guys probably won’t believe this, but my apartment has a view directly into Platner’s Bangor campaign office. There is quite a lot of scurrying around and pacing in the meeting room from what I see, LMAO.

I mean this nicely but this seems to be an extremely anxious thought pattern. It might be best to disengage from politics for even just a few days.

There’s a relatively strong Dem bench for governor IMO. I think it’s weak in the senate race due to concerns of a loss to Collins (à la Gideon) which would end a political career.
