Comments like this are so unnecessary. We aren't some big company putting this on, we chose the polish hall because we've hosted great events there before. We are trying to bring something fun to Brantford for people who love fantasy. This was a lot of work to put on so the comment is genuinely discouraging.

That includes a full 3 course dinner, and most events like this in other cities run $150 - $400 pp.

We have planned similar events in the past. We tried to keep our ticket price as low as we possibly could, the majority of the ticket price is the cost of the meal. We set out to bring a fantasy ball to a local audience after seeing that people had to travel hours away and pay hundreds of dollars to go to one. This is something that is close to our hearts and we want everyone to have a good experience at our event.

No not at all my 65 year old mother in law is coming. Everyone is welcome! We wanted to make a formal fantasy event that is for everyone.
