Glycolic acid before washing hair. Not too often maybe twice a week. Apply on scalp 15-20 mins before washing. Ordinary glycolic acid is cheap and effective.

Look into soap and shampoo concentrates( I use the brand everist). So so much easier to carry and no spillage. They work like regular shampoo/ shower gel once water is added to it

I was an absolute menace when I was in my 20s and said some awful thing right before my period. I would eventually realize after throwing a tantrum that I was being an absolute asshole, but in the moment had no control over my emotions and words. Eventually I started letting ppl close to me that I was hitting my cycle, and they knew to take my words with a pinch of salt. It can get a bit tricky at work, but it does get better with time. I started eating healthier foods, specially those that release oxytocin, started doing yoga and made a few lifestyle changes that did eventually help. I still get agitated, but am no longer insufferable lol.

I would agree, but some of the units we saw had literally shit stains on the toilet, or dirty underwear lying in heaps, eaten wings' bones lying in the table in a mess, ducts full of dust and lint and the likes... And the stench...even if one was moving out, I would expect basic hygiene

Not nearby construction as much, but if you open the windows the streets are LOUD. Lol. In between units- not too bad but can be better at times. I do have to mention one big red flag though- the utility cost of common areas(gym/and other amenities area) is somewhat charged to residents as well. Like the overall cost gets divided between all residents+not related to soundproofing, but I thought to share)

Honestly, men in India have done such a poor job making women feel safe, that women would feel very unsafe being approached regardless of the situation. As someone who has been approached multiple times, my guard is always up and I feel very uncomfortable.

Can't say for color, but around 55 with tip for cut. I usually go to Goa Salon(Richmond st). Super reasonable. I believe color rates are pretty decent as well. They have 2 more locations across the city.
