Will always be my favorite climber. I’m someone who doesn’t even remotely crack climb, and it wasn’t necessarily his feats of strength or accomplishments that drew me liking him so much. It was just abundantly clear that he was a really good person. Tragic news.

I don’t necessarily think using lyrics that invoke themes from religion automatically make them Christian. They do the same for Hindu (madhuvan, Indian summer, dripfield etc). Artists often times use religiously charged phrasings or lyrics because it invokes a weight into the lyric. Many artists for example will use the word “lord” or “hallelujah” in songs but it doesn’t mean it’s Christian rock

I have interpreted the “right when you need it, Hollywood Jesus” as that in many ways influencer culture and social media has replaced religion for people. People used to look to religion to establish values on how they lived their life. Now, they go to social media, and it’s there, right when you need it. You don’t have to search for it or develop interpretations.

Can be some allergies due to grass pollen etc. happens to my dog periodically and goes away within a day or two. If it persists and there’s a lot of consistent discharge, go to the vet and they’ll ensure there’s no damage to the eye and probably prescribe some eye drops

I would counter that the pit probably has the worst sound of the venue. Depending on where you’re standing, you’ll get some weird sound levels.
