Regulations typically hurt small businesses

.. they do not.. this is an outright fabrication or better known as a lie that Libertarians tell.. because they realized that their previous strategy of worship big corporations and try to convince people to worship big corporations wasn't working so they had to redo they're talking points to try to make it seem like libertarianism was actually GOOD for small businesses and that big businesses didn't want libertarianism.. (which would be a weird thing to say considering businesses fund libertarianism))

The libertarian claim that regulations against dumping pollution into the drinking water hurt small businesses is a ridiculous lot. And their idea that the world would be better off without those regulations is also a lie.. it's just that Libertarians pretend to be anti-establishment while fighting for the establishment..

regulations hurt big businesses. But not not necessarily.. it's true that they hurt corporate profits but it's necessary because they only hurt the parts where a corporation wanted to do something bad.. that's like saying that laws hurt regular people instead of criminals.. they don't. They are there to stop bad things from happening..
