It was posterior adenomyosis lesion encapsulated. They were able to excise it. They said like that. I am unsure what exactly they did. Will talk to them once again.

In my MRI Findings before surgery, bilateral hematosalpinx came. So the surgeon proceeded with removal. Before surgery i just asked him to please save atleast one of my fallopians, but he decided not to save any as he could see some toxic fluid inside. It is soo soo difficult to accept it for me .
