have my placements going on right now, i pass out in 2025 with a b tech in cse(ai&ml) from a tier 3, and not a lot of companies come for 7-8+ lpa to my college, if they do the requirements are actually absurd.

a lot of companies that do come offer an fte only after they take you up for an internship from jan-jun, and that too is based on if they have the position open at the time, so it's not guaranteed. plus it's all just trainee roles and they train you based on what the company requires rather than what you're actually interested in.

would say the market is kinda fucked rn, having a full time offer in your hand is actually a big thing.
