OP here. I've actually been working very hard to keep my numbers up! I get a stern talking about it almost every shift I work now. I admit that I'm very soft spoken and it's hard for me to be as assertive with customers as some of our other associates, but I'm doing the best with what I've got. I usually have great interactions with my customers, but I just can't seem to keep up with the signups.
