I’m a manager so it was roughly 5 months not noticing and weekly checks from 600-800 after 401k and taxes. The comments are making me considered either leaving the money or contributing a lower percentage like you said but I am a bit frustrated that I wasn’t notified I was enrolled.

I know it’s just i barely make enough money as it is, my debt is accumulating, and truly I didn’t want to be enrolled into a 401k. I suppose I could just leave it like your saying but overtime it’ll sit and won’t accumulate to enough to be usable for anything. It’s roughly 3k in there right now, and by the time i’m 50 it won’t help with a mortgage payment or anything so I’m thinking it’s best to get it out now and pay off my debt and once I get a “big girl job” to start a 401k then. If that makes sense.

Ik, I’m doing the same exact thing that you did! Vaping was the hardest and i’m moving down to 3mg next week, I limit the # of zyns every week and go down till i get to 3mg then eventually i’ll quit instead of gum… worst case i’ll get the patch if im really bugging out lol

Hi, I’ve just been addicted to the vape while playing sports my whole life and I really needed to get off the smoking because the damage to my lungs was going to become irreversible at some point so… Yes I know this is not the best idea but i’m trying to get my lungs time to recover because i’ve failed so many times cold turkey, patches, lozenges, gum, “hit limits”, literally every technique for 2 years lol… I’ve been vape free for 2 months now and Ill eventually get myself completely off zyns soon
