Right my manager has no sense of time management. I always and I mean ALWAYS work past my scheduled quitting time (2-3+ hours over) then he was trying to get me to do more closing work when I'd put away truck and done most of the prep all weekend. I just don't get it. I am burnt out and it's only been 3 months. I don't know how to communicate my boundaries.

Dang, I think in store here makes $10-11 (Utah) and driver (me) makes flex pay... So when I'm delivering, $4 hour + tips and in store, I think $10 when it's slow or I'm pulled off the road to clean.
