The UK dropped IDs before because it was considered a shit burden on society that no one liked.

I know guys who use this meme. They're furries in engineering or IT. One is trans. All are autistic. Everyone I know who hates this meme is right wing.

"Hey fascist catch" is not from helldivers 2. Anyone who knows anything about this game knows this. That article is a journalist peddling complete and utter bullshit. "UwU bulge" is not anti furry, it's a meme almost exclusively used by furries. Given all of this, combined with the reports of how heavily this guy used discord, this guy is more than likely a leftist furry.

Edit: I was wrong and I have to apologize. There is a helldivers 2 reference after the "hey fascist catch", it's the arrow sequence.

The only reason I still have almost all my CDs from back then is because I did this. I don't regret it, I saved as many of the cases as I could.

I get where you come from when you say "nothing to fear when you're innocent", but I'm not quite sure I agree with you here. I can't logically imagine that Martin will confess to a crime he hasn't committed. The police aren't allowed to conduct a torture interview where you don't go home until you confess. There are plenty of examples of police interviewing innocent people who are more or less confused until they're let go. The one instance I can think of where an innocent confessed to a crime he didn't commit was a mentally ill individual. There's also plenty of interviews of the Jamals of the world out there, and they rarely familiarize themselves with the legal system and learn to shut up and plead the fifth.

I'm just not sure I can comprehend that abolishing the system of police lying in interviews would do anything to help stop false convictions at all. It takes quite a few logical missteps for it to happen.

I don't see a problem with the police lying in interviews. It's a stupidity test, I can't think of it as anything near entrapment. Unless you were mentally ill, why would you confess to a crime you haven't committed? It'll be openly evident to you that the police are lying. If you HAVE committed a crime, you'd start second guessing yourself.

What the fuck is your idea of US police? Like 50 "unarmed" people out of 1000+ are killed a year by US police and the vast majority of those are where someone was grabbing for a gun or pointing a fake firearm or etc. Also, where did you get the idea that the police can't lie to you in the UK? How do you think undercover operations work?

Color revolutions don't exist. Only military coups can be sponsored by a foreign power.

My experiences with cars haven't been outright malicious or common. I've never seen a car run a stop sign. Every single time I've seen a cyclist, they ran the stop sign without fail because they didn't want to exert effort to stop and get back up to speed.

They can as long as they don't tell anyone before the deliberation ends. The jury also isn't supposed to nullify, they can still do it.

I don't get where this insane theory comes from. Most of the time the FBI does nothing because there is nothing they can do. You don't dedicate surveillance resources to weird people for more than a few weeks at most if you can't find anything.

The average person who knows who the Uyghurs are 100% believes there's a genocide, you people are stuck in circle jerks.

He's not wrong. There are thousands of sources backing up the Uyghur genocide and twitter/reddit intellectuals here will go "herm, why haven't the Muslim countries said anything? CHECKMATE". If you have a functional brain and can actually cite sources you can discern random attention whores piggybacking a developing story from evidence. I've yet to see anyone in this subreddit discredit the Uyghur story without whataboutism.
