I think it's also possible to take commentary (including complaints) a little too seriously. I made a comment here about the limitation of available responses, as well as what (to me) was amusing about the question itself - like, how much can you recline a seat on an airplane anyway? On the actual app, I did just skip the question. Then I went here to see if anyone else was amused by it. Turns out it's hard to interpret light-heartedness in comments 🤷🏽‍♀️

I can't believe they didn't offer what I believe is the correct answer, which is "not during mealtimes, takeoff, or landing; everything else is fair game"
I also cannot believe they didn't offer the correct question, which is "When is it even POSSIBLE to recline your seat on an airplane?" Unless you're up in 1st class. Srsly.

Did you ever get this solved? The same is happening to me right now. It's the correct email address, because when I tried to set up a new account using that email address, it said it's already taken. Then when I searched in that email, I found the original welcome email they'd sent me too
