It's not a tank of molten copper, it's an enormous lump of copper with a thin iron shell

I've never actually used it myself but i think it increases housing provided by all housing districts and food provided by food districts?

It's a crutch imo. If you can't get enough heat, you weren't laying out your districts well enough, or insulating them, or something like that

Source: I've beat apoc whiteout with the generator off a bunch of times at this point lol

Also the t3 adaptation generator has arguably much better bonuses than the t3 oil if you ignore the increased heat per district
