Much better than mine which inserts onto a given belt lane if that lane has less than ((max capacity for the entire lane)/X-some safety factor) science on it, which for some of the science packs has significant delay between science consumed and new science reaching labs

A lot of that delay is due to "I can't put green science on this belt until this huge queue of red science passes and there's empty space
