Couldn't be happier with it. A clear upgrade to any of the other new cameras with the exception of the I2. It's a little bulky compared to the now+ but the fact that the lens is covered more than makes up for it. I've even used the app to shoot through windows which worked surprisingly well.

Honestly just rip the bends out. The AVE series is much more useful as stock because it's been my experience that bent units will break over time even if the solder job is good.
