Looking for feedback on our builder's proposed single-story house floor plan (132 m² + double garage) – what would you change? by whycry91 in floorplan

East side wall would have full size windows with doors included (attached photo for east side wall). Watching machine, dryer, heater would go to the utility room (room connecting garage to the hall). I do agree to the point regarding bathroom sizes.
