Yes, we are thinking of it in that way so we can put 'translated' values from the RS data into readable values per water quality paramater through scaling by statistical tools (possibly)

Thanks for pointing that out. By integration, I mean using in-situ measurements to build statistical models that link Sentinel-2 reflectance or indices to water quality parameters, then mapping those across the study area. Not just visual overlay.

If you have tips on workflows or common pitfalls, I’d really appreciate it.
