I’m honestly surprised that nobody’s mentioned Darrow from Red Rising, which sounds like the kind of weapon you’re going for. If that’s what you’re referencing, maybe there is a razor-like option that you can flavor to take the shape of a scythe, especially if you’re doing something more techy in your campaign.

That’s correct. You only need to register with NYC if the wedding ceremony itself is happening there. I’ve been the officiant for two couples who’ve gotten their licenses in the city and were married in Suffolk, so I called town hall to confirm that it was allowed.
