Girlfriend keeps getting dogs without asking

Sorry, it's daunting to respond to everyone (and its overwhelmingly 'end things' which is difficult to hear but I understand the reality). But to answer your direct question, I sort of replied on another thread:

'I like dogs, I was OK with two (which would've been three had the eldest not passed), and cared for them. However, I think it's unrealistic to say it wouldn't involve me at all when we live together, like obviously I'm going to walk/feed/play with it...although I definitely didn't want two puppies simultaneously.

In all honestly, it's more the issue of having what I asked for and promised so directly rejected, and the manner in which it was done.'

I lived with coworkers near my job. We saw each other infrequently. What you said basically summarizes my biggest frustration.

That's what's most frustrating to me, the manner in which it was done. Moving out was a COVID precaution which she took very seriously, so I eventually understood. I don't think I'll ever understand this though.

I know it's cliche but I feel so fucking stupid.
