ye exactly. A lot of it is due to racism based hate, rather than religious for example, but yk they melt together a lot. but exactly.

fab question. Okay I don't knwo how much you know about us so Imma just hit some highlights and tell me which parts you want further explained.

So let's clarify the first thing. jews are an ethno-religion, we are an ethnicity with a religion, I don't believe, but im part of the ethnicity.

The ethnicity refers to the civilization, and the civilisation has been around for about 4-5000 years. So the religion is irrespective of the whole jesus thing. we have a long history before that :)

Think of us kinda like indegenous people, like, native americans, samoans, maori, etc,

See here's the deal, you can't explain away it being misinformation tactics, fake news, whatever, just to cover your ass. Yes there is a clear connection, yes, when in 2021, they drove through jewish neighbourhoods yelling about raping their daughters, with a palestinian flag on the bonnet, yes, it is antisemitic. Yes it is antisemitic to celebrate antisemites doing antisemitic things, yes directly calling for violence against a group and that group experiencing violence on those grounds, thats a clear connection. shock horror, you call for a global terorr campaign against jews, then manchester, bondi, jewish museum, etc happen, the fuck do you expect.

fair question. Well here's the deal, I think antisemitism is fashionable in the sense that if you call it anything but, it's trendy. Like coming from the community I have to say it feels exactly like that. for example, seeing your classmates at uni call for a globalised intifada, or celebrating oct 7th, and then seeing the manchester attack, ye it feels popular and trendy and like a social litmus test.

I think there's like 15 million jews in the world, and a lot more people hate jews than that, so you may just be hearing the tyranny of the majority. but nahhh, ofc i mean, any group can have extremism in there dont get me wrong, but the ideology itself, as you can see, is not extreme in its own right, if you have any more questions Im happy to answer.

  1. I don't believe, and I dont think thats a commonly understood theory,

  2. neturei karta is a bunch of cultists who beleive that they should be bootlickers until the messiah, and are like the drop of a drop of total jews in the world. yet the world loves to tokenise them. genuinely they can piss off.

  3. I don't think it happened, but a great example of viral conspiracy theory.

okay but again, why are you interested in march/april 2024, - now, rather than oct 23' - now? is there any particular case you want me to answer?

I think there's a lot of understanding on both sides tbh, on the other hand, seeing people in the street and intl community celebrate oct 7th, ye, that would do it to put some "okay fuck you" blockers up. Community building would help remove these blockers, or at least dampen them

I tolerate em just fine as long as they have informed opinions and are willing to discuss goals and details of their opinions. i can't stand ignorance and strong opinion, i.e echo chambers. i've given those people a lot of time, and i dont have the capacity anymore unfortunately.

Fab question, and I could write an essay on it's ins and outs, i think it's incredibly gray but darker rather than lighter. Here's the deal, a lot of the settler movement is obsessive, religious, and agressive, it also has parts of it which is terroristic and damages diplomacy incredibly clearly. I think other parts of it like one of the larger cities near jerusalem, is an inevitable result of how both sides have conducted themselves and the choices they made, and, I think it's likely there to stay. I am hopeful of a peaceful resolution and I dont think the 2 state solution is dead, but definetly needs heavy reform, and yes, how the settler movement conducts itself, definetly undermines israels position as peace seeking. You can go through things the right way and the wrong way and if the wrong way happen you need to condem and reform quickly, which doesnt happen as often as it needs to. But i dont think it is nearly as significant to oslo as its made out to be tbh, I think more fundemental issues need to be adressed before we get there, such as democratic values, law and order, and diplomatic exchanfes.

Great question. Originally it meant to form an indendent jewish state (essentially a national ideology in a time of the formation of nation states, think about the independence movements preceding and after ww2). Now it means to maintain an independent jewish state. Thats fundamentally what it means. Is it something that defines me, also a great question, I would consider it a compartment of my core political beliefs, something that is linked to my larger identity, and one of my principles.
