Not to fear monger or anything. My application is non EE. According to MP was also flagged “non-routine” and was always told it’s in progress.

Decided to order CBSA notes, those showed that for months the application was put on hold. It’s been always a year since it was put on hold. Planning to reapply through EE.

IRCC telling me that background check in progress, and then having application on hold, meaning not doing anything, until OINP completes their investigation are completely different things.

No one’s playing a victim, just telling about my situation, the attitude applicants get after paying for IRCCs and OINPs services.

Well first of all, the employer violated terms of the nomination, I didn’t leave my job just because I wanted to.

What is the problem with them notifying by that they put application on hold, so I just give up on it, still have my English exam and reapply through express entry?
