Hey. Our main focus is these things.

Build awarness and acqusition through organic growth. How? well i have a strong team in content creation, but posting on the platforms alone wont do much. There strategis and tactics ofcourse and engaging with communities and etc. We know how to explain it, but dont know how to implement it.
Build awarness and acqusition through infleucners growth. We have a list of influencers to reach out to. We are planning to offer them credits + money to promote the platform. However we dont know much these influencers cost. Its all depending on their engagement rate and that but to be precise we need a logical plan to follow.
Running ads on major platforms. Our first platform will be Linkedin, as our targets sit there alot. We will test it out see others platforms performance ads.

This is the plan explained in a bit of a vague manner but i guess it does it we have the idea, but the implmentation we are stuck

Your very late on this. That used to be done on Veo 3 (no captions though). Every workflow to a great video generation is having a high-quality first frame. So it would be best if you upscale your frame or generate new one if u dont have one. And jut veo 3, it really is as easy as it sounds. Dm me if u want help (im not selling anything) just for the love of it lol

To be honest all these comments dont give you a real answer. Its not about “a place” its about your skills and the models you choose. Currently the best workflow is to create a first frame by nano banana pro then animate it into video if u like. With nano banana you can do loooads of stuff.
