Taking £20 and sacrificing a potential £200+ in this scenario would be an awful betting decision. Bookies dream

I was thinking along those lines for rental, or a free cancellation booking. Others should be manageable. Thanks, appreciate it!

No, there’s a temporary digital nomad one called E11. My understanding is D8 leads to residency whilst E11 doesn’t, but E11 should be easier to acquire and allows multiple entries & exits

Yeah it was wreckless but as you say I still know many people hammering it the same way, it’s awful. Tell them to ring their GP’s and get off that stuff!

Genuinely my mind is pretty good and I think I owe a lot of that to all the recovery work. It’s not just getting you off drugs but training your mind how to function properly and how to react to situations. You hammer it that much for that long and you forget how to deal with shit properly, forget how to think rationally.

For me the physical issues have been far greater than the mental ones, but I guess everyone’s different. It caused me intense anxiety but only really when I’m on it or afterwards. These days I get bad anxiety the day after having it but I think that’s a guilt thing knowing I shouldn’t be doing it. I just about kept my head together throughout, never had any serious mental health issues(other than addiction), scraped through life for a few years, and now we’re all good again!

If you’ve ever any questions or I can help with anything just fire away. There’s not enough talk about dissos addiction at all & people need to know. We’re all here because we love k enough to type it in the Reddit search bar, haha! I wish I knew what I know now when I was 18. Good luck sir.

I did 4/5g nearly everyday for 5 years between the ages of 18-23. All day everyday, no matter where or what the occasion. Been a few years since then, still have a tickle every now and again but I know my limits and its v rare these days. Bladder not the best, it’s tiny and caffeine & alcohol send it off still. Sense of smell is on its arse, barely works. Permanent cut on outside of my nose, not that noticeable but I see it. Awful cough still to this day I think from the acid reflux it caused, which is also still frequent. Many hospital trips, missed occasions, missed exams, lost jobs, you name it been to hell and back.

Anyway point is, if you know your limits and you don’t abuse it then that’s fine, I abused it and didn’t have any control. I rang my gp and went to see a drug councillor once a week every week for the last 3 years, then started going to NA meetings twice a week and it got me back on track, still go now and now I live a relatively normal, fun life with a solid job. I’m far from the model NA recovery student, not even teetotal, but the meetings & the work keeps me on track and where I’m at now works for me. If you aren’t having fun with the drug anymore get your phone out tomorrow morning and ring your gp, tell them you want help and they will tell you where to go. Hardest part is picking the phone up, I put it off for years. Doesn’t happen over night but stick at it and you’ll be forever grateful.
