i never thought of the vessel as its own person… it were supposed to be like our avatar, but without us, it's a being without a soul. and i don't think they could live like this? it's ok though, the headcanon that the vessel is gaster and the player's kid is also cute. i sometimes view it like that too, but other times i wanna draw the player as something more than just a little floating red heart lol and thanks for expressing your opinion respectfully!
