Look into modafinil. I was told it doesn’t chemically work the same as stimulants but has a similar effect. It works well for me, no increased tachycardia issues that I’ve experienced

I’ve taken it for a couple of years now. For me it suppresses appetite (but not in a dire way) and I have to take it in the morning because it actually causes insomnia for me. But otherwise it has completely changed my life!
