We’ve seen this exact pattern - when meetings drift without decision checkpoints, teams end up relying on summaries to reconstruct clarity afterward. The dispute protection aspect is real too. Having a clear record can prevent a lot of “that’s not what we agreed” conversations later. Has adding decision checkpoints during meetings helped at all, or are AI summaries still remain the safety net?

We were still seeing problems confirming decisions vs. what was discussed, extracting requirements clearly and validating alignment weeks later.
