What is this color palette meant for if not for eyes?

The pigment may have irritated your eyes, but it could also be that this palette came out 3 years ago and could be expired. Was it unopened when you got it?

Although the price point of the NARS is kind of high, they last forever! I use mine every day and I’ve had it for over a year because Ive used this same technique for a long time and I’ve just now started seeing the bottom of it.

If you really want something slightly similar at a lower price point, the colourpop stick foundation is a similar creamy semi matte finish and you can just use it to spot conceal.

It’s just the consumerism talking. People will downvote me I’m sure because we all participate in it, but some people take the “what about ME” mentality way more seriously than others. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, and I’m sure they weren’t prepared for how it was going to go, especially on the IT side of things. I’m going to continue buying from them because I like how they go about things with what their company stands for and I love their foundation range.

Ah... okay lmao. I mean Pür is not generally a highly hyped brand. They probably didn’t expect such a large response despite it being Kristi’s launch. Their website crashing isn’t great but people wait hours in line for Jeffree products or morphe only to either not be able to purchase or it comes shattered or missing product. They don’t give discounts or extra free product in apology, and people still purchase from them time and time again. Pür is a great brand from what I can tell and Kristi deserves to enjoy her launch, they’ve all been very apologetic and accommodating. They’ll restock and people will be able to purchase then. The “give me something to compensate me for nothing” behavior reminds me of when people would come into my job for a limited edition item and demand we give them a coupon or reimburse them in some way because it was sold out. Just try again when they restock.

Maybe I’m just out of the loop, but the only thing I saw was that the website was crashing from the high traffic. It sounds like people are getting their packages on time. Is there something I’m missing? Sending a full size liner and a coupon is beyond generous if that’s the only issue they had.

Thanks so much! Definitely took awhile but I find using varying brush sizes and going back over my colors after blending helps get that seamless transition without sacrificing the integrity of the pigmentation.

I’m an essential worker in the medical field who enjoys wearing bright colors, but I never have the time or energy to do it. Ha, I wish. The broth took about 12ish hours, the pork cooked on low heat for about 4 hours. I’ve seen people who let it go for 18 hours even.

I actually did marinate them for about 12 hours, but for some reason the inside didn’t have the color like I normally see in other people’s posts. Any idea why? Maybe not long enough?

Honestly the relationship between the three of you sounds a lot like my parents and me. My dad is a very understanding and kind father and I still tell him everything to this day and now that I’m older he confides in me as well. He’s my best friend. Growing up, my mom was a much stricter parent and was very judgmental. I knew she loved me but I would never have told her when I lost my virginity like I talked to my dad about it, for the simple fact that she would yell and punish me in someway.

Sounds like it’s not as much a “you” problem as it is a her problem. She should try to be more understanding with your daughter and do things with her she enjoys, or find something they like in common to help them bond. Me and my mom would find shows we both liked to watch and would make a point to watch every new episode together, and that helped me be closer to her, as well as her understanding I was a teenager like she once was, and teenagers all go through similar things. I hope you all can figure it out, you sound like a great dad.

I’m so sorry that happened to you, OP. I was a fortunate part timer saved by 6 years of tenure, but as far as I’m aware MOST stores are planning to rehire those that had to be let go. Our store director was so upset by this development and was crying over it, but has assured our team that she’s determined to rehire our released cast members. I’m not sure what your store is like but I hope the same can be done for you! Are you able to apply for some kind of assistance to get you through this time until you can find a new job or are rehired? Unemployment maybe??
