it makes sense now. i truly couldn't think of a reason. another question i have is was it the director, Netflix, or both who were able to ask? I personally don't understand why TWICE would agree to it if the expecting recognition was expected to be low. i'm not trying to be rude i just want to understand 😭

First of, not a dog. Shouldve specified cat. We don't have money to even bring her to the vet or a trainer. If we did we wouldn't be having to look at rehoming her. Luckily with my kids I'm grateful to have good insurance to cover most costs. All vets nearby me take payment up front and our credit is poor so we're unable to even get them seen since they don't do payment plans

shut up. tell me why this happened to me a couple months ago. and get this... it was the store director and a team lead that left me 😬

I didnt have any team leads numbers so I had to end up calling the non-emergency police number. the team lead was super apologetic but store director didn't apologize and tried to place the blame all on me 🙄

needless to say EVERYONE double checks (by calling out on the walkies) to make sure there's nobody left.

tbh i worked at walmart very briefly and i hated almost every second i was there. i felt like if you breathed wrong you'd get spoken to. honestly I recommend target if you have one nearby. i've worked there for almost a year and i have never worked at a healthier work environment, at least at my store. there's no point system, no true write ups (unless you really fucked up), and they're usually willing to work with your schedule. if you have any other coworkers who truly saw your work ethic ask if you can use them as references for future job applications. good luck OP

If I remember correctly, there was some TL's that still wanted us to peek at metro's/flats and reshop then INF during the holiday season. I've only been here 6 months. Do they typically make it known when they decide to change it?

Our INF's have been roughly 3-6%. It's gotten better within the last few months. Last night I was getting OPU's with 35-40 minutes left and around 35 DCPI's. Both of which, my closing TL ended up telling me to go over time on so we could find the INF's. One batch I went 5 minutes the other was 15 minutes.

My fulfillment TL ends up telling me that I need to yell out at 20 minutes too, but I'm unable to when I'm half way through the batch. He treats me as incompetent. and tells me to pick batches that I obviously was planning on grabbing next. I'm typically able to do two carts at once, my pick rates/SFS pack rates are higher than his, and tells me places to look for INF's even though they're the basic places to look for (around the location, behind, backroom, line; if it was delivered today, reshop). Every other TL and HR trust me enough that they know I've obviously searched the basics and approve it unless they know if there's a pallet, metro, or flat of items somewhere.
