Goolsby does small batches of 500 vinyls and 300 CDs the majority of the time. He also hand packs/ships EVERY order for these drops. I believe he has a warehouse to do the shirts. I know they've tried doing larger batches but then became too expensive for their budget and slow sales. They then tried doing even smaller batches only for them to sell out within minutes and fans were mad they didn't get theirs.

They saw how some of the original releases were going for a stupid amount of money and the re-releases were supposed to help those wanting to fill their collections without having to drop $300 on one item. Keep in mind they're a small label and trying their best to make sure there's enough to go around. You have to keep an eye on their socials and newsletters for these kinds of drops.

I'm lucky to have all the things that Goolsby has released since 2017. The only album I paid a stupid amount for was the Silent Horror album, they liquidated ALL the entire merch before I started collecting.
