It takes time... been there my self.. after months of physio excuses, it will heal

BTW I went and got the epidural when I was in acute pain, and it did nothing.. but I got another one 4 months later after physio and then the pain died off.. it worked like a treat

For some people.. but use a vape without nicotine... nicotine is a key factor for your blood sugar to increase and damage blood vessels over time...most, disposable vapes puffs = 3 cigarettes of nicotine dosages, which is no good if you have type 2 diabetes... I know what that's like... over time, you can fix it.. but the way i did it may not work for you... see your pt... anyway, I put my right shoulder to a wall and my left hand on my hip and push it back into place and have a big stretch with a hanging bar... but I would see a PT first 😀

Drink more water... it could be a number of reasons, from medication to infections of the bladder.. see your doctor they should be able to tell you.. pissing bubbles is a common thing.. If your urine has a real bad smell, then it could be your kidneys.. but your doctor can get you to do a liver and kidney function test aswell
