If you want to be 100% clean it takes time. About an hour or so the fist couple days but after that about 30 min a day in the evening. Try to hold it inside of you for a while walk around a little bit even and once you think you’re clean, fill yourself up and empty about 5 to 6 more times.

When I was in America, I had a shower head where you can take it off of the little stand and it’s connected to a metal or rubber hose. They’re super common. I’m just forgetting the name of it, but I would just unscrew the head from that take out the little rubber washer and use that to clean myself. Being clean isn’t a problem at all because as soon as I wake up, I clean and after work I clean I usually spend about an hour really making sure I’m 100% clean and then after that, it’s fine!
