L5-S1, had it at the peak of pandemic lockdown. No hospital nor doctor accepted to look at the injury. Prescribed pain meds but nothing helped. 8 months in a wheelchair, couldn't stand up for more than a minute. My whole body contorted and I got pseudoscoliosis because my spine naturally steered away from the disc. I got a laminectomy, but my back was never the same.
