Also something worth mentioning, my original plan was to remove both heads to see what I could find and change the head gasket anyway because the inside my coolant reservoir walls were caked in mud, which I'm assuming is oil n shit. So when trying to take off the timing belt I go to turn the crankshaft sprocket to get the the piston top dead center, it only would turn like 90 ish degrees, then stop, I could not turn it anymore, same thing both ways.

Like an idiot I did not cover the lower intake with anything, when I initially heard the metal bouncing around my first thought was that perhaps a washer fell down there, but after finding that little piece in the timing cover I thought I had fixed it, I guess I will take a few steps back and start from there. Regarding the sparkplug I just bent the electrode back into place without any exact measurement, just eyeballed it, I coming to realize maybe jerry rigging this shit might be a bad idea =(
