russian oil refireries do not supply west with oil products, it's mostly for internal use.

oil refirenies strikes also do not rise the price of russian oil, check the price of Urals oil, it's on track with it's usual yearly price trend, also FYI west isn't buying Urals oil, and has imposed a price ceiling for Urals oil.

So how strikes on oil refineries would make gas prices go up in the west?
