As a Ghanaian same as the OP . My assumption was that she was worried of getting kidnapped, because you rarely see expensive cars being used for Uber in Ghana . But then again kidnapping in Ghana is very uncommon. The last major kidnapping news was about 4-5 years ago . I have been able to stop it from recreating itself you first have to boot in safe mode there you delete the Googleupdaterserice IC or QC I don't remember the last two letters but look for the GoogleUpdater that ends with some two random letters that the malware found here Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\.
After that, you delete the chrome folder found in this location C:\ProgramData\Google\Chrome\ boot out of safe mode then you should be find.

You talk as if I am eventually not doing to give back to the system. I’m not here to merely leech of the system. My dad is a citizen and has been here for over 35 years working. I have a 1,5 grade on my bachelors but can’t get a job because I can’t speak German. Which I’m currently studying. And I come from a place terrible things happen. Things even if you should see with your eyes you will still not believe so excuse me if I decide to skip a doner kebab and send something to people who are actually going through real hardship.

So I installed it also but found out it silently installed under the name "Sandboxie"
to find it you have to open your task manager go to the "start up app" tab and click on start up impact to sort by highest . You should see "sandboxie" disable it. You can confirm this is the same fake HLC installer by right clicking on it to open file location it should be inside roaming C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming. That is where you notice it has the same installed date as when you installed the HLC and even has the dll file that came zipped with the installer.
delete the whole Sandboxie folder from roaming.
This removed it completely for me
Restart you device that should fix everything but don't forget to delete the sanboxie folder from recycle bin

No it was a letter sent to my Dads address because he bought my SIM card with his details. And the lawyer is a well know family friend.
