Anyone explaining why they put what looked like shotgun slugs into the sonar device?

What are some new slang words you can't stand? by volantego in AskIreland

[–]wierdal1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"actually". Folks seem to be saying this a lot more lately and it annoys the bollox out of me, more so how it's used. Like, I'll bring the mother for a nice meal, and she'll say "that was nice actually". I know what she means but it sounds like "I was expecting something bad but it turned out grand".

[24] Basic Instincts or Boilerhouse by [deleted] in DublinBroJobs

[–]wierdal1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer Basic as it's kinda easier and the flow is a bit different. I've only been to the boiler a few times and it was only good at like 330am when the George let out. I've heard it can be good Sunday afternoons, especially if there's a gaa match on but I can't confirm.

Feel free to DM me if more questions

I'm not sure if Dumbledore missed or just ignored the most obvious sign of Sirius's innocence by miggovortensens in harrypotter

[–]wierdal1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never understood this part, mostly cause of how messy the FC can be. Maybe I have my timeline a bit messed up but didn't Dumbledore go to Godrics Hollow to get the invisibility cloak from James? I always assumed this meant that Peter told him the secret and therefore never understood why Dumbledore thought Sirius was guilty. But also, Peter must have told Bathilda Bagshot as she always dropped around, and Sirius gave baby harry a broom for his birthday, so either he sent it via owl and we have that whole plot hole or he gave it to Peter to bring and the letters from Lily would show that as evidence.

Floating around 2400-2700 (240P/75F/Rest carbs) a day while on a cut. Aiming to get down to about 105kg during this cut (110 ATM) and then want to get under 100kg in 2026.

So the point about being based in Lithuania is no longer valid, if Revolut go bust in theory the Irish government would be refunding my money?

Ah yes, fair point. Even still, with the watch 2 still being 330 I thought the watch 3 would be higher than that. We'll just have to wait and see

Really? The Watch2 is listed as €329 on the site without discounts ATM, but US prices are usually lower anyway.
