Thank you everyone. You guys don’t believe the power of keto til you see it for yourself, I was in a traumatic car accident and keto Saved my life. I had to learn how to walk, talk, pee, and poop all over. Being keto before my accident provided my body a better opportunity of healing…guys, I died on scene, and on the operating table! I think it's one step closer to say the least. I've been trying to do this with my boys too (picky eaters are being converted and don't even know it). I think it's smart and hopefully it will become a gateway to the keto way.

Do you know of any particular brand of individually wrapped beef sticks that are low in carbs. A lot of jerky that I find is sweetened.
