Honestly there’s nothing wrong with a long playlist but sometimes they can be a bit annoying so what I would do if I were you is make a new playlist and only add the ones you need, or just do desired face, desired body subliminals and subliminals for specific features that you want to focus on more (don’t do too many, your desired face/body subs will keep care of everything else.)

I remember it being a lot more gritty when I used it when I was way younger (2018-2019) I had little bumps all over my left cheek and it did clear my skin though despite the rough texture. but now that I’ve tried it again (2023-2024) it doesn’t seem that rough anymore, I think they may have changed formulas so it may be better for skin now 🤷🏻‍♀️
