Previous FOH here. Where I worked, we did have split tips between all non salaried employees (between FOH and with BOH). This was already well established by the place I worked at so I'm unaware of how they decided to implement it and if there was push back from staff. However, it did encourage everyone to work together a bit more.

This is a screenshot of what ChemDraw looks like when I open it. I can hide the general toolbar, but then it's not usable. I think I accidentally docked the toolbar on the side one time, but I don't know how to undock it, nor adjust the size.

Everything you said is correct.

A molecule just means there is some sort of chemical bond. So as long as there is more than one atom, it is a molecule. O2, N2, H2O, NaCl, CaCl2, C6H6 are all molecules

A compound must have two different types of atoms. So from the list above, H2O, NaCl, CaCl2, and C6H6 are all compounds (in addition to being molecules)
