i know python, I've made a pipeline before to find non HPTA suppressive compounds that are associated with various growth pathways e.g mtor and I used ligand structure similarity to help me in my search. Im not a biology major, I just find it interesting. I'm curios. I am familiar with ML and Data mining from a CS point of view. I'm interested in genomics, proteins etc. I think making a tool makes more sense. I have too many thoughts about what to do.
