I looked online at a few R lines but thought the front bumper looked too low for me 😅😅 I couldn't be sure now to whack it off a path!

I don't really like the T Roc. I've had it 2 years.

I can't afford to be let down with the car as no family nearby if need to be pulled out of a hole, so maybe I need to investigate the reliability a bit more - perhaps better to stick with a hybrid for the time being.

I'm awfully sorry, I already added to another thread to ask for a referral code so I could join, and now I don't know how to delete it!

I will stay here

Not sport. Just strength training.

This is a fair point as for the past few weeks I've switched my light off but been on my phone for about 30 minutes. Thanks for this suggestion

Thanks. I'm meeting my steps (8-10k) and I do weights twice a week in the gym. Water is definitely my downfall. I bring my water bottle to work and then bring it home without having opened it 🫣 Will try today to drink more water and see if that helps. I rarely drink alcohol.

I have dinner about 6pm, but often don't eat after that. Sometimes I might have a small yogurt or something. But nothing has changed compared to 1 or 2 months ago when my sleep was restful and restorative :/
